Come back work out

Recently i started to work out again at my condo's gym. I think i stop around 8 months and above. Today is my 2nd come back work out session since then & the 1st is on last Thursday (18/12/2008).

It felt good but I will be expecting some muscle ache tomorrow. >.<

Normally i start my work out with a simple warm up. Then a 10mins cardio workout on the strider.

& the 2nd session result. Even it's the same but i don't feel as tired as the 1st session.


Follow up with a 30mins of dumb bells fun. I do hope the management of my condo will get the weight lifting equipment repair soon because there are other people working out. Basically we are sharing the same range of weight of dumb bells which it was annoying. Actually that was the main reason why i stop working out at the first place and hello big tummy.

There were 5 people including myself today, we had to shared the 10 & 15lbs pair of dumb bells. Instead of waiting for them to pass it, i try the 20lbs which i find it impossible for me to finish my set at the moment. After all the sharing, i'm done with my workout. A simple cool down session and i'm back home resting.
