Brownie

My first attempt to bake brownie.

According to wikipedia, a chocolate brownie, also known as a brownie, Bangor brownie or Boston brownie, is a small, rich, chocolate baked cake-slice, named after its brown color.

I used Pillsbury Thick' n Fudgy Deluxe Brownie Mix with California Walnuts. It cost about RM9.80. It is easy as 1, 2, 3, just follow the instruction.

1st step - Pre-heat oven at 180 c.

2nd step - In a large bowl, sitr brownie mix, walnut, an egg, oil & water until well blended with spoon.

Before
After

3rd step - Speard well blended ingredient in pan (remember to grease pan before spearding ) & set 25 mins.

DING!!! Take the pan out from the oven. Cool completely about 30 mins and cut it into squares.

Wah la, Hmmmm.... brownie....

Secretaries Week

Secretaries' Week Luncheon with Ning & Nikki, JW Marriott on 15th & 16th April 2008.

There was a counter selling Ning's Wedding Book, Dua Dunia Satu Cinta, & Ning's latest/international Album, East to West. I was selling the book to the secretaries.

There was not anything much to do after the secretaries went in the hall around 1200hrs. So i decided to check out the other counters. ^^ In total there was about 5 counters, Registration Counter, YTL Platinum Plus, Spa Village Kuala Lumpur, Kanebo International & merchandise (where i was).

I lost my virginity on that very day and it was a masseus who broke my "v" seal!!! It was my first time to have a massage. Hahaha... Before getting a 5~10 mins complimentary massage, this funny conversation came up:

Masseuse 1: Do you even had a massage before?

c6kim: No.

Masseuse 1: You will be laying down naked on your back while doing it.

c6kim: Really?

Masseuse 2: Wah, the face already turn red.

c6kim: Hahaha....

It was an awkward moment for me but I enjoyed the free 10 mins massage from them. They are from Spa Village Kuala Lumpur and got myself RM50 Discount Voucher.

Today lunch is Spicy Chicken Set @ Ichiban Ramen, Pavilion. It was yummy & the price is reasonable.

I am not a cop but i love donuts. The best donuts i had in my life is J. Co. Check out their website. Here are the donuts i bought and someone taken a bite of my donuts. Hahaha...

Back at the hotel, I was fooling around about 30mins then the show was over. The secretaries who bought the book or the cd or both were lucky caused Ning signed them. They also had the opportunity to take picture with her. Here is the view from where i was.

That was the secretaries week show and i was back to the office till 6.30pm. As for my dinner, it was Spicy Pan Mee. Very spicy, a thumb up and it's cheap RM4.20

More food will be coming. See ya.
