Lately, i like posting what i had for dinner. Here goes:
Spicy Wan Tan Mee
On my way home from my office on 21st May 2008, I had it from one of the food stalls at Chang Wa coffe shop. I heard the coffee house will be gone because a renovation will start on 1st June 2008. They might renovate a Airasia hotel aka Tune Hotels or Airasia ticketing counter.
Ayway back to Spicy Wan Tan Mee
I enjoyed it as it was quite spicy, reasonable price (RM5.30) & tasty. As from a nutrition point of view, lack of fibre, low vitamin & mineral value & high sodium. Remember to drink a lot of water, eat vegetable & fruits or take supplement for the lack of vitamin & mineral in these type of dishes.
Now, i am getting hungry. Hahaha...
Another typical day at work, nothing new just that my co-worker is on leave till early of June. (You will know why. ^^)Most of the food courts in Desa Setapak were demolished on 21st June. I don't know why DBKL did it as it reduced the variety of food in Desa Setapak but i believe they had their reason. So far what i have in mind is it will reduce the double parking problem. My dinner was Curry Wan Tan Mee. It cost me RM4.70 which i think was a bit expensive for that area. Overall, it was a so so dinner as the 2 pieces of small chicken meats made a bad impression at the very beginning.A lot of food post will be publish soon. Enjoy ya.
I was busy for the past 3 days even it was a weekend & public holiday, went for a movie with my sis, had a nutrition seminar, met up some friends & cleaned up my room.
I will be posting the details in the near future. Promise... Take care
P.S, I will be going back to Kota Kinabalu on 14 June 2008. Thanks in advance Sono for the gathering arrangment. You're the best.
