Ning & Omar' Majlis Pernikahan

31st January 2008 was the day & it was held at the Bangsar Mosque, Kuala Lumpur. My co-worker & I were late for the event and we missed out the whole Majlis Pernikahan but it was not a total lost cause there was interview session for the bride (Ning Baizura) & groom (Omar Sharif).

One might ask what is this Majlis Pernikahan & this is the time where the marriage solemnisation or wedding vows takes place. I learned Malay wedding all from this website, Akad Nikah (Traditional Malay Wedding Solemnisation), it was a big help to me. Everything was very detail such as Akad Nikah Proceedings & the whole malay wedding process (The Merisik, The Pertunangan, The Akad Nikah & The Persandingan)


I was greatful for Mr. Wak to help me out with my Kain Sampin before entering the hall of the mosque because it was falling down all the time. Hahaha... We entered in the hall and it was full with people. We were separated because one side of the hall for female and the other side for male. The event began & well coordinated by the MC extraordinaire, Dato' Mahadzir Lokman & the food was delicious catered by Kuzie Catering.
